Tana made her directorial debut in 2007 with a production of Alice In Wonderland, which she adapted for stage. She studied Acting (BA, 1st), at The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts, with a heavy focus on directing and devising. With a background in physical theatre and original work, her directorial style is rooted in improvisation and collaboration. She strives to explore the complex issues of our time with truth and humor, and is particularly drawn to lightness in moments of despair, and honesty in absurdity.
